These are new. I was so disappointed when these didn't fit well on my size 10 feet. That's the only reason I'm reselling. I do have a wider foot. They fit with little room to spare. They are more of a narrow shoe, so I would recommend getting a half size up (so really, these are better for a 9.5, 9 with thick socks). Or these could fit a size 10 that isn't wide. Please read reviews on their site first before purchasing and go by size chart on their site. Just being honest about this because I thought these would fit me perfectly.
