NWT Ruffled blouse H&M

Brand new never worn. Super on trend with the ruffles. Not elongated and not cropped. Hits right at the hem of low rise jeans. I have a longer torso so it was a little short for my liking as I prefer tops that hit the right around my butt. I also have zero boobs so this isn’t very flattering on me. 😓 Typically a size 0-2 and this fit me.
