NWT Ruffle V neck maxi

White ruffle maxi with a pattern to the fabric making it a bit more interesting. Size XS but I’m an xs and this is too big for me. Listing as Small Never worn I was hoping to make this into a costume but never did bc it doesn’t fit me well. I’m a petite xs and this is wildly big on me in weird ways- mostly in the torso so it just doesn’t fall nicely on me and overwhelms. Would look great on the right (likely taller) figure. This makes me want to be a pirate wench and also a whimsical fairy forest dweller running through wildflowers, wishing a good morning to her furry forest friends. You can do as you please with it. Just some ideas. I’ll get measurements up soon.
