NWT. Royal Blue Velvet and silver sparkling strap cocktail dress

Amazing soft velvety material. 100% polyester. Measures 18 1/2 inches pit to pit. Approx 30 inches long from top of blue front to hem. Based on measurements I’d say it’s more of a medium even though tag says large. Front slit. Inner blue silky lining. The straps cross-cross on back. The straps are a beautiful sparking silver chord like material (pics can’t capture well) with blue velvet ties at end. New with tags but tag fell off and the plastic tag hanger is left. See pics.
