☀️NWT Roma Collection Ladies Shorts 13.5” waist - runs small Tag L but fits M

Cute, soft and stretchy mint green shorts measure (flat) 13.5” @ waist; inseam 2.5”. 3 decorative silver tone and clear stone buttons on front w/ nylon zipper closure; belt loops; 2 front faux pockets. Tag says L but fits like a Med - Shorts with all of their different sizing was driving me crazy so I am measuring waist to hopefully ensure everyone gets the size they need 😊
