NWT Riley & Rae Cream Ruffle Blouse Size XS

New with tags cream colored ruffle blouse from brand Riley & Rae, size XS. Ruffle fringe around the neckline and back of blouse in addition to ruffle cuffs. Button up front with spare button still intact. Tie closures around neck and sleeve cuffs. Please note that it is new with tag but there is a small mark on the inside of the ruffle around the neck, not visible while wearing and may come out with spot treatment, shown in photos.
