NWT Reformation periwinkle silk strapless top Y2K vibes

Lovely piece, it’s so comfortable. I bought it then realized I needed a different size. But it runs tts. I like the elastic band at the top, it makes the top feel secure without making it feel tight! It’s a beautiful silk blue periwinkle color.
