Brand new with tags this unique long sleeve top has a layering of chiffon tattered ruffle trim from Italian brand Raw Moda Apparel. The only tag is the brad tag, no size/material tags. Size small, see measurements below. Asymmetric hem. Definitely gives off Whimsigoth, goth witchy vibes. Please note tag states this is a dress, not sure why because it’s not long enough for a dress.
