amandajamison what size pants would you think this fits best?

shereenichole @amandajamison hi sweets! On Planet Blue's size chart it says size Small is a 27/28 in denim or 4 dress size. That being said, it could also fit a smaller pant size than 27, as well, and just be a little more flowy. So I'd say up to a size 28
