This is a beautiful new with tags size small maxi dress by raga. It is labeled the Neekoo split front maxi in the color turquoise. The fabric is super soft and features floral prints in a sort of patchwork style. The waist has elastic in the back of the dress, and there is a V-neck in the front, the sleeves have elastics at the wrist. There are two at the front of the dress one on each leg going up to the thigh I believe this dress was a sample from the company due to the writing on the tag. No flaws found, but there is no materials tag listed. I would guess that this dress is cotton due to the brand of the fabric.
