NWT Rachel Roy dress from Neiman Marcus

The way this dress is sewn is simply spectacular, the attention to detail like the clasp at the top of the side zipper is outstanding. There are two small openings in the seam just below the zipper that need to be sewn. I didn't notice it when I purchased it. Cutout back. The fabric has the feel of neoprene (like wetsuit fabric). This is one stunning dress.
