NWT Rachel Roy February Black Combo skirt

This was a 2 piece outfit that I bought at Macys. I only wore the top with jeans and never wore the skirt-it is a fitted no waistband front pleat skirt-it is fully lined-no pockets and high end fabric I bought both pieces for $112
