No creases in cardboard. There is some price marking to the right of Smokey Bear lettering, but otherwise pristine. 5 digit zip codes began in 1963. Made in Hong Kong era plastic toys were from the early 1950’s to early 1970’s. So the toy is vintage 1963-early 1970’s. Item comes in a official Smokey Bear vintage unused litter bag, era approx. 2000’s. Dimensions of package 6” wide, 9” tall. No smoking home. No attic smells to cardboard. Stored properly.
