lindaphillip145 I have a brand new one I bought at Macys in Atlanta for $495.00 . Mine is in perfect condition NWT. Its all about how you treat something from the first time you get it, If this was new like you said why would u even except it back, That purse will never sell for much. You should take it somewhere where they sell sadles and boots to see if they could get some kind of shape back. That is such a shame I know when you bought it the purse was $495,00 also, I am sorry for you take care,
