NWT Proenza Schouler for Target Navy & Black Silk A-Line Dress

This pretty little dress is from the Proenza Schouler for Target line (when they first started doing their designer partnerships). When this collaboration came out, people were camped outside of Target stores waiting so they could scoop up every piece of this collection. Like a little piece of fashion history & an amazing deal for a “Proenza Schouler” designed piece! I fell in love w/this dress the minute I saw it! Even though it was a bit tight, I thought it’d work, but sadly I’ve never been able to wear it, so I’ve decided to let someone else enjoy it. What I love about this dress: A sophisticated, but sweet cocktail dress that looks & feels much more expensive than it was, it’s beautifully tailored & made of high-quality 100% silk fabric w/a beautiful sheen to it. Fitted in the bust area & flares out from an empire waist creating an A-line silhouette. This dress marries black & navy blue in such a stylish, effortless way, & the timeless color combo provides a perfect foundation for a multitude of great looks. How to style this: For a formal look, accessorize w/edgy or elegant black accessories.
