NWT Powder Blue Sequin Cocktail/Party Dress

This is a beautiful dress! It’s is a size 10 but fits more like a 6-8. This dress has never been worn and in original packaging. I bought for my teenager but she decided on a different dress and I couldn’t return it. We paid $169 plus tax for the dress, I’m asking $100.
