NWT Plenty by Tracy Reese vintage Anthropologie bubble skirt in abstract black, gray & turquoise dot print on cream colored fine cotton. Adorable well constructed vintage bubble skirt. Great details with bubbled pleats in front and back & folded ruching at hips that includes pockets. Netting inside hold the bubble in place. Purchased about 30 years ago for New Year’s Eve, but never wore it. Size 8, photos are on a size 12 mannequin. Y2K does 80s, with arty abstract polka dots / cheetah vibes. Super fun party skirt!
