NWT; purchased from Piper and Scoot, brand is Ellison. Super cute acid wash black with a slightly boxy and cropped fit. It has statement puff sleeves and sleek buttons down the front. 100% cotton. Size small: bust= 18” length 20” Measurements are taken while laying flat across the front. Not doubled. Hand wash. Hang to dry. I love it but it’s too small for me.
