NWT Pink Textured Polka Dot Lined Skirt

Brand New! Beautiful textured pink skirt, with polka dots, fully lined, small slit in the back. This fabric has gorgeous gold threading in the background- hard to photograph, but I captured it the best I could. Size is 4 petite. Skirt measures 14 inches at the top of the waistband.
