NWT Penelope Chilvers Long Tassel Boots. Color is Conker. Size 38 (equivalent to a 7.5). Sustainably sourced Spanish leather. Feminine fit with scallop detail at the zip panel and a leather tassel on the zip pull. Partially lined in deerskin with a Goodyear Welt rubber tread sole. These have never been worn. A couple of small scuffs due to storage. Comes with dust bag and tags. No box. Please see pics for details and condition.
