This dress is brand new with tags. It is a women's petite small but it does appear to be oversized. The chest measures 21.5" and it is 34" long (from shoulder). This dress has a full button front but the buttons are hidden. There is buttons on the sleeves as well. The dress has 2 pockets as well. The color is similar to a medium wash denim.
