This stunning tunic from boutique line Parsley &Sage features 3/4 length sleeves, v-neck, and a wrap-over-look hem! Mostly rayon with a little spandex, it drapes beautifully...and the red, black and gray pattern on a field of ivory has a modern Indian look to it I've seen on sari skirts (it is made there!) Easy care machine wash cold, tumble dry. Dimensions: 30" long in back from neck, 18" across at chest measured flat.

Is the hem a straight across or high-low pleas? Stretchy to 20” across armpits?

@n_leblanc Yes, it stretches under the armpits beyond 20", even 21 or 22! The back hem is straight across, but the front is kind of a "tulip" hem, with one side wrapped over the other (asymmetrical) for a slight rise of a few inches where it comes to a point over the left thigh...it's more visible in the last picture posted, not what I think of as "high-low", but more of a dip up?
