NWT Parker Brand zebra and White/Ivory Ruffle Dress Size M

I fit in the large and love this dress. I also got tons of compliments. It’s super flattering around the waist and the top is versatile as you can wear it closed at the neck or as a vneck. There are a few layers of ruffles I tried to show in the pix. Waist is Stretchy. I’d say true to size.
