NWT Pancaldi for Diane B Heeled Chelsea Boots in Cognac Leather *Italy* These are new but may have been used as a display model. There are a few small dings here and there but nothing major. Italian hand made Chelsea boots with a nice chunky/stable heel, beautiful silhouette and serrated edges at the goring/stretch panels. Unbelievably luxe quality and craftsmanship.
