It is fully lined with a tulle skirting underneath and has two support shoulder straps, and it comes with a wrap. The measurements are: size 3X, pit to pit 22 inches, length 52 inches. The earrings pictured in the photos are available for purchase in the closet. The shoes are a size 9 and sold separately on the site.
