Betsey Johnson necklace with a puffy heart hollow pendant that measures 1 3/4 inches by 1 7/8 inches, it is made in an openwork metal (filigree) that has stars, hearts and moon designs.The front has pavé aqua and aurora borealis aqua rhinestones and is painted with pearlized light blue color enamel.
