Here's what Osh Kosh says: "This snowsuit is made of 100% polyester with a quilted puffer design, but it's not specifically listed as waterproof or water-resistant in the product details.For light snow and typical winter conditions, the polyester fabric provides good protection, but for wet snow or prolonged exposure to moisture, you might want to consider adding a waterproof outer layer."
