NWT O’neill Hoodie

This is literally so cute but idk what’s going on with the neckline it’s pretty tight. I ripped the tag off bc i’ve never had a hoodie not fit but it’s just a little too snug around the neck for my liking. It’s not youth so idk small neck gang rise.
