NWT One-Size Beautiful Black with Rose Detail Cover-up

NWT, never worn, never washed black with beautiful rose pattern cover-up! Would go beautifully with a camisole and jeans (I have a gorgeous camisole for sale in my closet😉), with a dress or bathing suit! Absolutely love this piece, but unfortunately is slightly too big for my tiny shoulders. Would love to find this piece in a smaller size!
