NWT Old Weat boots

Bought but didn’t try on, lost receipt. I wish they fit!!!! These fit more like a 6.5 to me… I am a true 5 & thought I could wear these with thicker socks but they’re just too big. Adorable boots though. Tag says ladies 5.5, may be men’s 5.5…? Doesn’t seem right though. Not sure, but make me an offer!
