Brand new with tags. Front has seam at waistline with full gathered skirt. Ruffles around the neckline and sleeves. Upper back is smocked. Ruffle sleeve continues down to the smocked back. Skirt is lined. 100% rayon, lining is 100% polyester. Machine wash cold. Color: periwinkle blue. Approximate measurements: underarm to underarm 21" (stretches more due to the elasticized back smocking), waist laying flat 19" (stretches more due to smocking), length from shoulder to hem 41".
