NWT Old Navy The Occasion polka dot two-piece dress

NWT Old Navy The Occasion two-piece polka dot dress with navy and white. Taffeta skirt with pockets and elastic waist. Top is cropped with adjustable straps and elastic to get the right fit. Full a-line skirt hits mid-calf. The skirt is an XL, but the top is 2X because I was aiming for some additional length. I bought it for a wedding but didn't wear it.
