NWT Old Navy Blouse, XL Tall

This blouse checks many boxes. - It looks very pretty and romantic, - it is long enough to wear over a pair of leggings but short enough to tuck into your pants or jeans, - 100% cotton, so it is very comfortable and breathable, - It is long enough to fit a tall lady. Why am I not keeping it then? It is too big for me and it looks like a borrowed piece of clothing on me. Please see photos for measurements. -
