NWT OLD NAVY Puff Sleeve Tiered Mini Dress Size L petite Color: Black This mini dress has elastic on the arms and around the neckline. It also has pockets!! Pit to pit is measuring approx. 20 in. Top of shoulder to hem approx. 34.5 in. Under bust to hem approx. 20 in. 100% Cotton. This dress is really light and airy and love that it has pockets. I have one in XL as the L is too snug in the bust for me. For reference I am 5’2” and this dress hits me about 2 inches maybe 2.5 above the knee. It’s NWT and has only been tried on.
