NWT OLD NAVY Black with floral print sleeveless dress XLP

It can be worn as a short dress but also it could be worn as a top over leggings and could pass as a long top. I am approx. 5’2 and it comes about mid thigh on me. Bottom is tiered and flowy. There is a string to tie at the neckline that can be left open or tied for a keyhole look. NWT and in new condition. Pet and smoke free home.
