NWT ODDY top Women’s Plus size 2X

New With Tags ( NWT ) Oddy top | no size tag on the top, but fits like a 2XL. Purchased at Angel Heart Boutique. Little ruching in the front. p2p measurement is 31.5 and there is no fabric tag, but I would guess it is a lightweight cotton/poly blend. The top black floral part is sheer.
