NEW with tags Nordstrom Tunic Dress in Navy Blue size M. I purchased this from Nordstrom, the label says Pink Rose which I think is an older house label. 93% rayon 7% spandex. Hand Wash I am 5'5 and this Tunic/Dress hits me at mid-thigh. Depending on your height or where you are going this can be used as a tunic with leggings or a dress. It has the right amount of swing and is lightweight for summer months but easy to layer for winter. Has the cutest little rose design sewn in.
