About 2.5" long by 1" wide. Pink flat floral print skulls with gold borders, and glittery white and pink flowers. Kidney ear wires shape with clear stoppers included. A bar of rhinestones lines the wire above the skulls. Style 197153CB680. I'm sorry but I don't know if these are hypoallergenic as they are not labeled.
