NWT Natural Blue by Visitor Polo Shirt Medium

This is NWT but there is a snag at the right chest (see picture). It is from Natural Blue by Visitor. Medium. Collared with three buttons at front neck. Short sleeve. I believe the tag states the color as charcoal (there is a sticker over it). It comes across as a blue/gray.
