Stay stylish on the high seas in an off the shoulder mini dress in a custom stripe and lifesaver print. Featuring elastic on the top for comfort to wear on or off the shoulder and a zipper closure in the back. 100% Cotton **Lifesaver belt is NOT included - dress only. Item is never worn but there was a slight tear in the back waist from when I tried it on. I sewed up the tear and it is under where a belt would go, so not visible. See pictures for details.
