💙 NWT Moschino Denim Upside-Down Jean Skirt

Brand new with tags Moschino Jeans Pencil Skirt size XXS. Only selling because the waist is too big on me; for reference I have a 23" waist and about 36" hips. The waist on this skirt measures 27" and the total length is 23.5", it fit well from the hips down but too big in the waist, so this skirt runs large even though it's labeled an XXS. 99% cotton & 1% spandex.
