NWT ModCloth Size Small Christmas Blouse Velvet Holly New with tags from the brand ModCloth in a size small. This is a stunning Christmas blouse. It has a black background with a red and green print throughout. The pattern has holly and bows in it. The pattern does have a velvet feel to it. It has a similar style to a peplum. The back does have a band of smocking. I do not see any flaws with the top. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 17 inches and pulls to a max of about 19.5 inches. At the max it might be tighter on. There is little to no give here. Length from armpit to hem is about 13 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 21.5 inches.
