gracebgreene @tasherajean hey! The fabric itself isn’t stretchy but there is smocking/stretch in the back (you can see it in the photos) so there is some give to it. I can measure it tomorrow if you’d like!

gracebgreene @tasherajean hey! This is about 21.5” PTP & 19” across the waist when laid flat, but it can be stretched to 22” because of elastic on the back. I hope that helps!
