NWT Missguided Strapless Maxi Dress in Navy, Size 8

Missguided strapless maxi dress in navy blue with plunging sweetheart neckline in size 8. Polyester blend, lightweight fabric. This dress is new with tags, and has never been worn, but has an approximately 2" long section on the back where the ribbon detail has pulled away from the rest of the fabric on the dress (see photos). This would be an easy fix for someone handy with a sewing machine. I have just never gotten around to doing it. total length approximately 55" (measured from top of bodice to hem) chest approximately 14" (measured from underarm to underarm)
