NWT Missguided Polka Dot Wrap Mini Dress

Size 8. Brand new with tags. This dress is white with black polka dots, features a zipper on back, a wrap/tie on the front and a ruffled hem. There is one spot that has a loose thread in front, but it’s purely cosmetic and not integral to the material/integrity of the dress. Hoping someone else will enjoy this pretty dress the way it’s meant to!!
