NWT Mila & Rose cat dress. Perfect twirl dress! Size 7/8. Three quarter length sleeves. Super Soft, buttery material, rounded neck (slightly higher neckline in the front than back). About knee (ish) length depending on the height of your kiddo. Due to the sleeve length and the length of the dress, the sizing is very forgiving.
