NWT Max Studio XS Floral Blouse - Smocked & Puffed

NWT Max Studio blouse size XS. Black with white & orange/red floral pattern throughout. Long, puff-accent sleeves with smocking at the wrists (stretchy, not tight - can but pushed up for a more loose/blouse sleeve look). Can be worn as either an off shoulder top or with sleeves covering shoulders. Super cute!! Just didn’t love it on myself, but a great piece!
