It resembles a handkerchief type motif with the Hem. This is New with tags, however, cthe Pit to Pit measurements have been slightly altered with an additional plaid fabric inset. Please see the Measurements. Might even fit 1X with alterations. I have knotted the Hem for example on how to wear. Dress features pockets and a button at the back of the neck.
