New With Tags, Max Jeans sleeveless vest. It can be left open, or zip it all the way. Retails for $99. It is a very soft vest, very stylish. It is a navy blue, and the size is medium. Zipped up across the chest, from pit to pit is 18.5". The only flaw I see is it looks like there was a 2nd button at the top of the inside flap(see last picture). Feel free to ask any questions.
