NWT Maurices thin cinched on the bottom sweater

This sweater was so cute I had to buy it. But I don’t have matching bottoms that will go well with this top so I am selling it. The MSRP is $39.90. If you don’t want it cinched, you can straighten it up and make a ribbon on the bottom. The measurements are 18” shoulder, 22.5” bust, 27” length on the back. When cinched like this, it is 11” on the center.
